I'm totally not sure
I've been so sick this week and I don't know what to put down as my number for the week. I think it's somewhere around 200 but I have no clue really. Once again Ashley I can't believe (well I do but..yeah) that you were sick and still made a 344. Congrads everyone!! Thanks for helping me get motivated. I hope I have some workout buddies still?? :o) if any of you ladies would like company when you work out or anytime for that matter call me sometime!

ahhh...
well, we did it! I'm sure glad this is over, but I hope to continue on with exercising and being more conscious about my treat intake-that was kind of an eye opener to me.

Tiff's points
331 for the week. I think that we can do it through the fast Sunday. I've fasted before while doing this and it's really not that bad. That's my personal opinion.

so, next week is fast sunday-how do we want to work that? Should we just end on saturday night? I want to be able to fast but not stuff myself with fruits and veggies in one meal just to get all my points. What do you all think about that?

I got 344 for this week. I didn't know the 31st was on a Monday, so my opinion is that we have next Sunday, the 30th, be our last day. We should have a big party to celebrate our successes-is that a word? Anyway, yeah. I am really ready for this to be done, but will stick with it one more week. We can do it! This has been a really good thing, which I think I will keep up. I am just now starting to see results-it took a while, but it's happening. Anyway, good luck this final week!

Question: Are we stopping on the 30th or going to the 31st. If we are stopping on the 31st then that would include all the extras for the week if an individual so desired, right?So Mondays points could turn out to be quite a bit and the competition would end with those points. Lastly, we could just stop today and end the insanity :) yeah I know, I think I am the only one wanting the early ending. Either way, if no one says different, the competition will go to the 31st as originally agreed upon and whoever has the most points after that Monday would be the Winner (notice the capital W :)

My points this week are 344! We are in Washington and I just remembered that today we need to report points. We have tons of family coming over and I am afraid I might forget later. I just need one more serving of vegetables and 1 more bottle of water tonight to get full points and I am confident I will get that so I am posting early. I hope everyone has a great spring break! It is the last week of the competition! Yay! Everyone has done so well! Good job! I am excited for everyone! See you all soon.

Tiffany
So, I think Tiffany should be able to count that. For now on, she can be more precise about "toning"! But, she has worked her tail off and I feel bad that she might lose her spot simply because swinging a racquet isn't considered toning to some people. Does anyone else agree?

Change of points for Tiff
I did one session of toning that was in a gray area last week and I counted it originally and to just feel better about it I would rather not count it and just be out of the leading group. I'm so proud of all of you though especially those of you who have been sick! Let's keep going!! my points would then be 339 for the week.

So, this week was the worst! Wow! I was really sick with the flu and my whole family was in town for my sister's 17th birthday. It was an extremely hard week emotionally and physically. But, I managed to barely get all my points. Between walking on the treadmill and blending my vegetables so I wouldn't end up throwing them up, I managed to succeed. I am feeling a little better and am hopeful that this week will be easier. I am glad I didn't give up! I have been joking that I have been coughing so much that I have been doing a lot of toning on my abs! haha! But, don't worry, I didn't count that. Have a great week everyone!

How many weeks left?
Hey-I got 344 this week, for a grand total thus far of 1376 points. And, I am not in on the mud wrestling-sorry-I am a weakling, and would laugh more than wrestle. I will just take my money and respectfully watch all who wish to participate. Somehow, I have a feeling there are not going to be many takers.
Hey-if anyone has some healthy recipe ideas, I thought it might be fun to share recipes. I know I have quite a few good ones, but would like to mix it up a bit. So, feel free to post and share some of your favorite healthy recipes. For now, I know this isn't much, but we had something tonight that was DIVINE-chocolate graham crackers with fat free cool whip on top(thawed, of course), and topped with fresh sliced strawberries mixed with a little Splenda. A delectable, guilt-free treat! If you haven't tried chocolate grahams, get some-they are so good!!! I think they will satisfy a chocolate craving at times.

Sorry no exciting picture this week to post our scores. When I am in charge of posting I just get it done....kinda boring. We both got 344 points this week. Looks like we are having a five way tie....after much thought and deliberation we thought it would be best settled by a big mud wrestling match. Super fun huh?
