Street Fighter II

Question: Does everyone else understand this the sam way => When recording today, sunday the 10th, my points for sleeping was for the night from Sat. to Sun. => AND you don't get treat points on your treat cheat day, making 48 points the max amount you can get for treats. => Lastly, the extra points for toning and aerobics don't have to be done on the same day. For example, I can do 5 min of push ups on monday and 10 min of push ups on tuesday and that will count towards one of the extra toning and worth five points. Just making sure I am on the same page as everyone else.

As for my score, in honor of Street Fighter II...

PERFECT!

I know that Ken is not perfect on the screen shot I found, but you get the idea. I got 344 for the week! HADOUKEN!!!

Personally, I think if you want the extra points for the day, you have to do all the toning at once-or in one day-your extra minutes shouln't carry over from day to day. If you are going to do the extra 15 min. of toning, do them all in the same day, that way you can count your extra points on just THAT DAY! What does everyone else think?

I agree with that. I think it needs to be on the same day for both the toning and the cardio. That is what I have understood.

I guess my feelings about it are this: this is really a competition to get in shape. To get in the best shape we can, the best way to do it is to do 30 minutes of continuous exercise for cardio and 10 min (15 min for the extra points) of continuous toning. This way, we will burn the most calories and get our heart rates up. This is not directed at you Travis, but I worry that this competition could turn into more of a way for someone to just make a few bucks and not really put their heart and soul into the purpose of this competition, to get in shape. Anyway, whatever though. People can do it the way they want. I'm just thinking out loud! Good luck everyone, and happy posting!!
